Dude, EVERY GUY here knows what you mean.
And you self righteous chicks feel the same way about some guy you have seen or know.
What i do is just try to see them as the pimply faced teen they are or were before they started wearing makeup or developed the body.
See her for what she is behind the act. Then talk to her in that way, like shes just some plain jane insecure chick.
Be a man, and be good at it. Do manly things, take care of your body and your psyche.
If she doesnt notice you then dont chase her, not only will she reject you but you will be ego smashed.
And whatever you do don't "ask her out" as some suggest. Asking a girl out who hasnt openly noticed or expressed interest in you is asking for rejection. And its all downhill from there.

Tell how sexy you think she is and tell her I seriously want to become your friend! Beg a little bit not a lot though. If only you'll give me a chance to at least be your friend, I want to get to know you better! She'll be o.k. with that and then when you guys start hanging out more and after a while when you feel you've known her long enough give her a kiss she should feel the electricity between her and you. It's fireworks after that! You'll have to be patient though, I guarantee you can get it if you follow my procedures! I got married so I can't do that stuff no more, however, I'm glad to pass my single days knowledge to a young lad.

There was this girl in algebra class that I was attracted to and yes the that thought crossed my mind, not exactly in those words. She sat in the front of the class at a table with seating for two I was lucky to get the seat next to her because we were both early. Made small talk at first which developed into a competition of who got the better grade on assignments and tests and we developed a similarity there. We would walk out at the end of class discussing our mistakes I and walking her to her car.
long story short, It was nine months before I knew it was time to kiss her, and over eighteen month before being intimate. We married, sometimes ladies like smarter guys.
