I'm not sure as I've been a life member for many years and no longer pay dues. I still contribute though. If you can afford it, why not get the $35 year long membership? Consider the extra $25 a contribution to a very important organization. Our right to keep and bear arms is being attacked by very rich and powerful organizations, including the left wing press. It's really true that if it weren't for the NRA we would be like England and Australia, where a civilian can't even own a 22 anymore, much less shoot it. If $10 is what you can afford, God bless you for that and be proud that "You are the NRA".

assoc mbrs aren't full members w/ priveledges, consider the $10 version a contribution to support the org rather than be involved or get something back.
