For now, just let her be. She's really smart to isolate herself after getting such evidence that she is too trusting, and has poor judgment in who to trust. Let her take her time, get close to people slowly, and find her "comfort zone." If you are her friend, then she will probably trust you more than others, even if she is cautious even about you. She's afraid to be hurt because she's been fooled before. That's not irrational, after all. She just needs time.

You should tell her, or better yet show her, that there are still good people out there. Just because she's been hurt by a few not-so-nice people doesn't mean that all the people out there are like that. You should get her involved in some sort of organization where she can meet honest and good people. I would suggest volunteering somewhere, and you should go with her too. She will hopefully feel better once she gets involved and starts meeting people.

Give her encouragement, show to her that there is stil true friends around by her side to company her and try to talk to her, never give up.She must be strong ,get use to getting hurt ,thats the part
and parcel of life. She will be more mature and more strong. You can also try to keep her occupied by getting her to be involved in other social and physical activities like meeting new friends or playing games etc.I hope this will make her feel secure .

try bringing or showing her some people you knew who are disabled or not so lucky in life. try to explain to her how lucky she was for being complete and let her count the blessings she has at present. sometimes, in order for us to value ourselves is to make at least a comparison to those who are less fortunate. it is a matter of accepting one's selve and making her realize how lucky she is for what she have/is now. in this way it will make her a lot more secure.
