If you go to a dermatologist, theres a special treatment they give you for several weeks, it's a laser type thing that drastically reduces the redness and swelling. I watched a man on the health channel who had severe port wine stain all over his face and neck, he got it treated, and it was hardly noticeable. I'm sure that if it could improve this individuals severe case, that yours would have the same results. You should consult your doctor and see if he has any information on it. :)

I think, since this is on skin conditions, you're not talking about fabric.
If this is on a child, it may fade over time. My daughter had one on her eyelid at birth, and it's gone now. In older children and grown ups, the only treatment is a laser. A dermatologist can give you more info.

Oxyclean with hot water, the stain will disappear.

Try peroxide, or rubbing alcolol. I'd try the peroxide first....
