Are we talking Nightshade plants, or really eating green leafy Veggies at night. I once read that night time is time for the body to rest, including the stomach, and digestive system. Okie Dokie?

I don't think so, but I'm not sure. One time I put a pair of whitey tighties in the wash an accident with a load of red shirts and towels. Now I have pink panties! Ha Ha. Can you believe it? Try to imagine a full grown man wearing pink panties. Weird, huh? Maybe I should put on some mascara behind my glasses so I could see what I am doing. LOL. I had to promise myself to never wear them unless I had no clean undies, or I was on my way to a Cher or Elton John concert.

depends on how much you eat always remember you are not a hervibore and cannot digest greens effectevely as they do so if you get cramps when you eat a specific amount eat less because if you enduce cramps from eating too much greens you cause destress in your digestive organs. Rule of thum too much of something is BAD.........
