I'm impressed...a MAN asking this question! Find out what SHE likes to do (most important thing on a first date), don't assume too much will happen in return, show her respect and show genuine interest in HER (not sex), and be yourself....humor, honesty, and kindness go much further than the macho bravado thing. get some fun gifts... take her to dinner... flirt with her the whole time... make her the center of your universe and make sure she feels it.... complement her... lavish her, cherish her...
Take her home.. have a bubble bath drawn... freshen the water to the right temperature... Put her to bed, in a bed with rose petals!

Take your date out to eat at a very nibe place. One where you have to dress up for it. Then take them out to a very nice place to dance. ( Not a bar ) Open her doors for her and treat her as if she is the best looking person on earth.

Take her ice skating or roller skating then go have ice cream and feed each other. Or try taking her out to a nice dinner and then take her hot tubing with champagne....

if you like her- tell her that-- if you think sh'e pretty-- tell her that also-- most of the bad dates I have gone on were actually miscommunications... but later I found out they liked me, but were afraid to do anything for it (not nec making passes) just tell them and show how you feel if you want to see them again...
