Almost all Greeks are now Orthodox Christians (the same sort of Christians you have in Kerala), and have been for at least a millennium and a half.
There are also people, both in Greece and elsewhere, who are reviving pre-Christian Greek paganism. Some are "neo-pagans" who take a free and creative approach, and some are "paleo-pagans" or "reconstructionists" who are seriously trying to "do" the religion as it would have been done two thousand years ago.

They may have different religions - the only one that I am familiar with is the Greek Orthodox (Catholic) church. There was one of those churches near where I lived in NY.

The classical Greeks were polytheistic, like Hindus. Nowadays most are Christian.

Publicly, they are mostly Catholic. But in secret, they still follow the old ways; eating gyros and falafells (see! no-one even knows how to spell or pronounce that!).
They also worship oozo and they all own a place with the name "zorba" in it - proof that they are still secretly polytheistic.
