Hahaha! This helped! I decided it was too risky. I'd hate for my daughter to have hated her name. We named her Camryn :D

Well, if you were German, I would probably think that you were naming someone after the city for some odd reason. However, since you are most likely not in Germany, I would suggest that you name your child after something else. That way they will not have the potential of being ridiculed anywhere. If you like that name then go ahead and name your child Berlynn. But I think sounds a little ridiculous.

No, sorry. I really don't like this trend of purposely misspelling names just to try and make them seem original. I'm going to assume this is for a girl and yeah, the kids would call her "Big Burly Berlynn"

I think of the Berlin Wall. Not a good name for a child.

I dont think this would be a nice name for a child. What is it anyway? A boy or a Girl?

I think it's pretty and original. One of a kind, never heard of a name like that. Boy or Girl, it would fit... except the spelling for a boy. (Berlyn). Congrats on your baby to be!!! (SJR)

It's only worth it if your last name is Wahl. And then, only because your child will not be found guilty when he/she murders you for giving him/ her such a ridiculous name.

For what?

Not a kid, I hope! You realize that the natural nickname will be "Burly", right?
