See she has my son now when wants to be with me she doesn't like it. She wants him to call and check in with her when he is with me. does this seem fair or is she just jealous?

the reason she has him is because when he was 12 he hit on me and she blames me he is sorry for what he has done and he wants to be back with me and his sister and my new husband jus don't know why she treats us this way

She's obviously being overprotective. There is a reason why she has your son now, I can see that. So, give her the benefit of the doubt and let her have her calls from him, but don't let it ruin your time with your son. She will eventually learn to trust you enough or whatever the issue is to stop having him have to call her all the time to "check in"....

i think your mother is a little bit jealous of u and i think y'all need to find common ground and have a discussion but her treating u that way and maybe she will see how see is acting and change her ways

Rather than a jealous issue, it might be a trust issue. What have you done to have your mother worry about her grandson.
