do you mean as apposed to an arranged marriage??
If so, then a 'love marriage' is when two people meet, fall in love and after a period of time dating (courtship) they marry.
They get to choose their own partner to marry. Everything is decided on between the man and women. Mutually.

Love is when your willing to give your life for someone, putting up with stuff from them that nobody else can get a way with, love is that person knows how to make you mad in a second and happier in half a second.
Best way to describe it is 1 Corinthians 13, but there's so much more just look in a Bible it has some of the greatest love stories in it yes, even dirty ones.
Trust in God, yourself, and your heart none will direct you in the wrong direction.
