I will be graduating college with a Bachelor's in Business Adm. in May and would like to move to Paris, Nice, or Marseilles, so does anyone know how to go about finding a job as a recent graduate with no real experience and also the requirements to legally work in France??? Any info would be helpful.

It depends on the country you are from. Anyway, in the majority of cases, you need a working visa to work in France and you need a job offer prior to applying for it. Check out: http://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/

My suggestion would be to find a job in France first. Here are some ideas:
- check with your Embassy and Consulates in France, they should have a business development department that could advise you,
- check with the Franco-American / Franco-Canadian / Franco-Brazilian /... Chamber of Commerce depending on your country and ask them about the needs of your national companies to have someone like you working for them in France; that should help a lot.
