Did you know that Earl Grey Tea is not really a good tea to drink. After drinking Earl Grey tea it takes the strenght out of your muscles, after a while some folks have had a tendency to faint or get dizzy spells. It really depends on you as an individual.
Try something else.. How about drinking water.. chilled.

brewed in a tea caddy (metal ball) never a tea bag. any other choices beyond that are stictly personal
