Watermelon. It is green before you eat it cause the you haven't eaten it yet and watermelons are green in the outside. A watermelon is red when you put it in your mouth because as you take a bite from the watermelon, the inside part of the fruit is red and a watermelon is black when you spit it out because you're spitting out the seeds of the watermelons, which are of course black.

I would have to agree with the watermelon answer. it is green when you buy it and before you cut it up. Red when it is cut and being popped into your mouth. and the seeds are as blk as midnight and most people would spit them out.
