Please advise me on what to do. I started taking an anti-obesity pill 3 days ago and the effect is that it gives me sleepless nights. I really can't sleep for 3 days. I want to continue taking the pill but i want to sleep too. I am afraid that if i do take the pill again i wont be able to sleep tonight. For this day, i did not take the pill. I want to loose weight. I am just 32, married with 1 kid but i measure 38 in waistline. Any other help you can share me on how to olose weight, and i mean to really loose weight. Help please....

Those diet pills have caffine in them. you shouldn't take them after dinner or I'd say after lunch.

I don't take them at all.

Eat a lot of fiber, fiber makes you feel full. Your body wants to eat, and your brain isn't telling what your body what it should eat. It'll just eat until it's full

What your body really wants is fiber and protein.

Less fat too

And it's spelled lose.

The bad part is when you stop taking them after awhile you will gain the weight back. They really are only meant for people who are extremely obese. You need to get on a strict diet regimen and an exercise plan. I wonder if these drugs are prescribed. I'm guessing not since you waist line is only 38 inches. Try visiting your family doctor and asking for suggestions.

if you dont work out while you takes these pills, chances are you will have sleepless nights. It has quite a huge amount of caffeine in it and that what causes the sleepless nights. Thus, its is always better to work out and make yourself tired.

I loved to play ball, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually useful, at a ballgame, instead of just a big stationary person, that maybe if the ball comes within this range, I might get it. I was wearing-I'd always wore XX kind of jersey. And then I went down to medium. And then the medium was too big, that it's coming down here.

So I'm wearing a rockin' outfit, and I'm making a play, and the guy stops, beans it in the face 'cause he says, "Look at your body. You're rockin' hard." And that was the first time I had ever gotten a compliment like that in my whole life.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

I have never heard of that pill. It probably has a lot of caffeine or other stimulant in it--read the ingredients and then look them up to see what they do. Take them very early in the morning--12 to 14 hours before you will go back to bed.

Natural way is the best way, a lot of side effects you will get in the long run while taking diet pills but for sure you will gain more.
