see www.kumuku.com.
This is a tour company that does tours worldwide and they have many different tours throughout europe. I have the Kumuku book on Europe and the EUROPEAN CONTRASTS(new tour) is the only one that goes to Italy, France and Spain. There are 6 departures in 2006 throughout the months of May to August. The tour is 21 days and starts in london and also goes to other European countries along the tour. The cost is: Au$3010 or NZ$3190. Check out the websight. I hope this helps.

choose one country, find good tickets through the internet agencies, I have used Orbitz with success, buy a Eurorail pass through the travel agent, get the 10 country one, hop on a train, go to several cities most have tourist offices that can set u up in youth hostels. You'll meet european youth traveling around by train because they can't drive usually until 21. It is a blast!!

You might sign up with Sherman for their newsletter which offers some great deals:
$599+: 6-day ROME price-cruncher w/air, hotel & more
$219+ OW: Fly to EUROPE & get 2 free nights in London!
$693+: 5-day BARCELONA & MADRID combo w/air, hotels & train
However, if price is not a consideration, you might try the website for the Embassy of whichever country has your interest and hook into their Bureau of Tourism. They may have links to surf. Bon Voyage!

I'd personally go to websites. But if you want tours, you might as well go through travel agents. They usually have connections with local travel agents that can give you tours.

look up yahoo travel, expedia to have an idea of how much tickets are roundtrip for those areas and if it is cheaper to travel during those dates. Also, you can visit a local travel agency as well if your research online didn't get you what you wanted.
