Strong Christians are well read and very smart. if the next step is mental they sould be there but they will tell you that all our knowledge tends to make us more selfish. christians are more giving on the most.

I can tell you that. I have felt and have had the Lord (holy spirit)speak to me.always to help, guide me, or help others.
To help build a better world we live in.
I am being chaged inside into a better person with more insite and love.
And one day The bible speaks of new bodies given to christians. why to do gods will more effectively.
Godlove us .wants to help us , forgive us . make us into a better person.

I believe in God and Jesus and I am not crazy.

If you believe in evolution, why are we not seeing ape-men walking out of the jungle?

Where are the next evolved humans? If you think it is intelligence, why has the average IQ dropped 3 points?

Some people might go to the crazy end for religion. I grew up going to Sunday School and church. I beleive in God. I work in health care, and I can tell you that when it gets to the end of life for people, the ones that have faith in God accept it better, and their families do to. They feel they are going to a better place. They do grieve, but can accept it.

I thought the greater mental capacity was the ability to hold two contradicting thoughts simultaneously...I can believe in God, but don't hold all that is in the Bible to be literal fact.

When I was 17 years old and I received Christ, I never knew how my life could change so dramatically. I completely found what I was looking for.Jesus and Our Father are so real and so Worthy to be Loved...... You can call that craziness if you wish, but when you meet Jesus face to face, you will be so glad you allowed Him in.,... He will give you Peace, Joy, Love and a Hope you never could imagine...... The world can't give it to and nothing can......
I love Him and have been for 33 years....

Definitely NOT!
TO be crazy you should think! And believers/ theists do not think! So, how could they be smart, crazy, etc.? If you would ask another condition, I might agree, but crazy .... NOT! It takes strength to act crazy! And the theists do not have some power!

Not any more crazy than people who believe that generations ago there family members swung from branch to branch eating bananas and scratching their pitts.
