Unless you hold off to do it in stupid places or at crazy times. I knew a guy that got arrested because he did it while driving around downtown during the day. Hormones can do some crazy things. I still remember getting rug burn when humping my pillow on the floor because it gave me a more natural stretch feeling than bent over to use my hand. The masturbating isn't unhealthy, by itself.

actually, its a proven stress reducer (which should be obvious), and it has been shown to reduce acne, headaches, back pain, a whole list of other things caused by physical tension and stress. as long as you're in private, and you're not going to be late for work, and you remember to wash your hands...... go to town.
