You can cellar champagne as long as it is a vintage bottle of champagne. If it is a non-vintage bottle of champagne chances are it is already flat. If it is a vintage bottle, meaning there is a date on the bottle such as 1983, it will be worth some money, it depends how well the grapes for the champagne were rated the year it was fermented and bottled.

You can't cellar champagne like you can red wine. I seriously doubt it's fit to drink. I just had a 10 year old bottle of Bollinger and it wasn't very good.

Ditto to the above...you have at most, a slightly turned Sparkling wine that wouldn't get you much unless you found a poor, ignorant sap who doesn't know any better...Try Ebay...LOL

It's possible that it's still drinkable, but doubtful. I would expect the risk of it being spoiled means that it is probably not worth much.
