Very interesting question.
Hmmm, well, if you ask most True Believers they will probably say that Earth and humans living on the Earth is the whole deal, and that's it. No other planet with intelligent life exists out there. Period.
But if you speak to intelligent, open-minded people who are aware that there is a vast amount of space out there with billions of stars, and billions upon billions of planets around those stars.
Then the idea that WE are the only ones out here is not only ludicrous... it's down right obnoxious.
Just my two cents.

Yes, I believe that Our Heavenly Father Created life on other planets. Since I only believe there is Only One God in the entire universe, I believe that He Alone Is the Father of us all, no matter what planet we live on.

Dont limit GOD. DOnt underestimate HIM. There is only One GOD, cant be 2 or many. How many Principals run a school? Can there be 2 MDs in 1 Company?
When the worldy institutions cant survive on 'more than ONE final Authority', How can the entire Universe run by 2, 3 or many GODs???
GOD is ONE and Only, HE knows each and every detail of the Universe. HE is 'The Absolute', you cant compare GOD to anything in this world, HE is 'Imageless' because the moment you compare any candidate for the post of 'GOD' with any creation, he is no more GOD.
Open the Bible, Jesus Christ himself prayed to ONE GOD,
He called him "ELI" in the Hebrew language. Translate it to Arabic, you get ALLAH. Even Jesus Christ was a 'Muslim' - 'Submitting his will to ALmighty GOD - ALLAH or "ELI" '

God created everything in the universe for us humans to look at and go, "Ooooo, lookit the purty stars!"--even galaxies that are so far away that it took their light trillions of years to reach us. The Bible doesn't mention other intelligent life forms on other worlds, and the Bible is always true, so we humans must be the only ones. Why would God create other beings to look after when WE are just so gosh-darned speshul? ¬_¬

The bible says god has named every star in the Heavens, so I would think that he would at least be interested in what the Universe is all about. Humans are pretty egocentric thinking we are all there is, and that would be a great waste of a large universe.

I love this question! Yes, God created all souls and they are not all necessarily human or on earth. There are other worlds full of more highly evolved beings than humans. When our physical incarnation ends we can choose to stay in the spiritual dimension or to return to the same life we just ended (over and over if we wish) or we can return as another life form either on earth or in another world.

Of course yes, everything in the universe is under his control, the Harmony in the universe is a result of His watching.

God is one. There are no other gods. As for multiple planets and aliens, I'll let you know when I get to heaven and ask Him.

God doesn't even watch over this planet. Why would he watch over others?

I dont know. No body does. Although there is alot of great technology now days, and alot of really smart people, for all we know, there could be some form of life on every single planet in our galaxy. And if there is more life out there it is because of Him so I'm he sure watches! ;)
