Write her telephone number on the Men's Room and also include distinctive details about her genitalia...
That would keep her pretty busy on the phone, not allowing her to make up things against you for a long long time...

You didn't do anything to deserve it.
The question really is: what should you do about it? Luckily, the kind of people who get so wrapped up in another person's business will be onto still another person's business to wrap their minds around in no time--it's just the way they are. In the meantime, stay the nice person you are and maybe look outside your usual group for companionship. You may find that people who are interested in things above and beyond the gossip of the moment are more interesting friends even after the people who are giving you a hard time want to be friends with you again.
If the former girlfriend does this every time she breaks up with someone, the people around the two of you know this and they may go along with it a little bit, but it won't mean much to them.
It sounds like you guys are pretty young. Am I right about that?

This is just the way life is. Nothing is fair but now you know who your true friends are. A girl friend would understand if you had to breakup against your will and wouldn't start rumors. Real friends would stick by you and not listen to rumors just to go with the flow. Real friends will also be the ones sitting next to you in prison saying "man that was fun!" after doing something not so legal. Life is not always fair but now you know the truth.

To all the people who called this guy names, back off! There's probably something that you don't know about this situation. For example, this guy might be 18 y.o. and his girlfriend might be 15. If his parents intervened because of potential statutory rape charges, would you still call him an "asshole?" Do you think that's fair? What if his parents caught them having sex? Or he could simply be a minor himself & his parents disapproved of his girlfriend & threatened to punish him.
Whatever the case, don't be so quick to rush to judgment unless you've got all the facts!

AWW! YOU did NOT deserve that! I demand you GO TO KROGER and by a roll of chocalate chip cookies. Put them on one of those metal cooking thingies that are flat and set the oven on 350 degrees. when it beeps, put the cookies in. set the timer for 10 minutes and when the timer beeps, take the cookies out. let them cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy them under a blanket and have nice fluffy pillows on the couch. Dont forget to go to Blockbusters and rent a season of Lost. Enjoy it all together with a glass of milk. You will feel better soon... I am not making fun of you either, i was serious.

nothing, just to make u feel better one of my friends (that is a guy) had the same sittuation now he has a girlfriend that he loves more than his old one. Make sure u do what u think is best(and try not to mess up), by the ways your ex gf seems like a b*t*h to me and so do her friends. By the ways to answer your question you don't deserve what has happened to you.

You can't control what people will think or say about you. They have to walk in your shoes to know the real you. The HELL with them...Let them say what they want...Sleep well at night and don't lower yourself to that type of garbage. These idiots giving you answers right now don't know their aceholes from a hole in the ground. They don't know what your parents found out about this girl.....They're assuming as all "lower food chain" idiots do. Always follow your heart and gut...If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.

Most likely they think that you just made that up about your parents to get off easily when you dumped her. Maybe if you sat down with her and both of your respective parents you could all come to a common ground where either she wouldn't talk crap about you or maybe you could even get back together if your relationship isn't too far gone

how old are you? I can understand having this kind of "drama" in the 9th grade. Was this a serious relationship? Sorry bud but it seems to me that you chose the wrong girl to mess with ... sort of like that movie "Swim Fan" with Jesse Bradford and Erika Christensen.. spooky
