I agree with you, I know exactly who you are talking about. I had a question about going to a different country but I'm afraid to ask because she just might slander my question. I know tons of people who ask legitimate questions and get some of the nastiest answers while she asks some of the dumbest questions and gets what? A flock of people responding to the same question that she has asked for the millionth time and getting praised for it.

I've read some previous questions and I'm sorry she got you blocked out. I've been wanting to do the same to her but then I think she might hang herself from boredom since it looks like she has nothing else to do.

I have no probelm with people who want to come here legally. We should not feel as though we are being politically incorrect because we do not want millions of illiegal Mexicans here. Yes, I know that there are illegals here from many, many other countries, however, they are not here in the numbers that the Mexicans are just because of the proximity of that country to the US. I have traveled to many countries and before I go, I learn as much as I need to for the time that I am going to be there. Believe me, while people are helpful, they dont bend over backwards to help out either. I lived in the Caribbean for over a year and was literally on my own. Yes they spoke English but Dutch and French as well. I know enough about real immigration issues to know that illegal means against the law and if we dont start doing something to punish those that hire these folk, it will never end.

Don't feel guilty about something you have no control over.

Now ... having said that....

It is not racist, bigoted, or ill-tempered to NOT help anyone do anything!

It also is not racist, bigoted, or ill-tempered to want secure borders.

In post 9/11, America cannot afford to suffer 3 million illegal aliens crossing our borders annually without knowledge of their intentions, what kind of diseases they carry, their criminal background, their terrorist intentions and the fact that they stand on American soil illegally!
What we need is National Guard Troops on the borders, a fence created to stop further invasion, prosecuting employers of illegals, stopping 380,000 anchor babies annually, no amnesty for 20 million illegals that degrades American citizenship! It is a National Security issue.
If Mexico thinks it's going to take away our land, It had better be prepared to fight to the death because that is exactly what it will take!

We will not back down and we will not give up! This great country is full of military Veterans that are trained and have plenty of combat experience. When's the last time Mexico was at war?

It is the Veteran who gave us our rights, not the politicians. Our soldiers did not die for open borders!

The real immigration issues are the hundreds of thousands of illegals making it hard for legals to come into the country. We are only going to allow so many immigrates & if the illegals take all the spots everyone else stays in their own country.

Do you mean people who are trying to immigrate here legally? As opposed to illegal immigrants--those already here who have jumped the border?

Pancha, most people are not against legal immigration (welcoming those who follow the immigration rules). But they are against allowing anyone to enter the US unchecked, in massive numbers, including criminals who rape and murder our citizens.

Did you know 29 percent of inmates in our Federal prisons are illegals?

It's about following the laws of the U S of A. It's that simple. Get educated on that, the distinction. That's where the arguments begin.

NO!! I am tired of supporting them all. We have enough homeless and starving people to worry about let alone letting more come in to use up our resources and take our jobs. We need to close our boarders until the natural born Americans are taken care of first!! We have people starving on the streets and babies with no home, just like everywhere else, I don't see Anjelina or brad helping here!! Come on!!
I am honestly fed up with the ads to help other countries. Look around the streets of our own country!! Look at the Food for the Hungry lines!! Its pathetic!! Help your neighbors first!!!

I only know that we have laws on immigration. They are fair laws and much less strict than Mexico's and other countries. We need to.... HAVE TO abide by those laws in order to have a greant nation for all to prosper in. We only have room for those that have the will to be honest and work hard. No matter what field of work they are in. All other need not apply.

Actually if you go to Yahoo en Espanol or Mexico they could care less about immigration. Many many Mexicans don't want to leave Mexico. This issue started when the govt. wanted to make it a felony to help illegals.
