Well, many flight rescue helicopters staff 1 flight nurse and 1 flight medic. In a tiny cramped enviroment that's about as isolated as you can get. By far the best is R.E.A.C.H. (Redwood Empire Air Care Helicopter) in Northern California, but then again I could be biased! :)
