this isnt a very simple answer- but i can give you a little crash course - Proteins are the builders of muscle, you need to consume 1gram of protein per body weight so if you are 180 pounds you need to take in 180grams of protein. Also consider Whey Protein Powders i suggest one with low calories, Designer Whey , Optiumum Nutirtion and Syntrax are all pretty good and then some more out there, try to consume more real foods than protein, 3 vital times your body needs protein are after waking up, after work outs and before bed, take in quality foods with low calories and fat, no Big Macs and whoppers, egg whites are good source, tuna , salmon, chicken breast, eat 5 or more times a day train hard eat right and good luck to you

eat alot of protein and not a lot of carbs. Try eggs, milk, lean meats, and tree nuts. it will help build more muscle faster
