Does her personality match her looks because it's her personality that ulitimately will attract me since looks fade over time where personality, with loving care, only grows better and stronger.

It varies. Looks are usually first. Personality comes pretty close, especially whenever a girl opens her mouth and starts to talk.
If looks is the most important, then we men can look at picture or sculptures all day, but we are looking for a live person, and that is where personality comes first. Personality is the most important thing, and oftenly enough we men looks for personality first. So it's seems 50/50, but personality out weights more.

The first thing I notice when I'm glancing at girls is looks. I'm attracted usually to the cute girls. Now, not dumb ditzy ones, but the playful soft features one. Once I see even remote physical attraction I try to figure out personality. This is the biggest thing since if a girl is dumb-*** or a ***** then any attraction I have for her is immediately gone.

the first thing I notice is looks, a lot can be said by the way a girl presents herself and plus for the perve haha.
But personality is important too and I need a good combination of both.

guy some do go for looks 1st but is all wrong is a person personality and character of the lady 1st looks will change unless u go plastic

The first thing i look at is rathar she is nice to people or not. Cause if she isnt then shes not worth the time.

if there's no way to talk to the girl, its all physical? o.k for me, its her armpits, feet, hands, ***, boobies, legs, toes? , eyes, lips, ears?hair, etc. if its clean and nice to touch, your'e mine!!! grr...
However, if you suck in the personality department, you're toast. so it's 50/50 i'd say. or maybe 55/45? something like that. all i know is, i know what i want when i see it..also, if youre dumb, you're as interesting as reading the obituaries section of the newspaper.
