is that like 2 in the mrning on a weekday so then the next day you go to work???? CRAZY! Hahahha lol. I go to bed a 4-5am on weekends sometimes.. Usally on weekdays bout 11-12. Maybe 1am.

Ha Ha, that is a great question.
Actually, I try to go to bed, or at least just lay flat around 10.00 or thereafter. However, I take care of people with Alzheimer's, and they get the day and night all mixed up. I never know if I'll be getting sleep or not, so I don't focus on it much.
I have a monitor by my bed, and if they are rousting about, I always go to check on them.
My current lady is two flights upstairs. I just see it as exercise, and then when I make it back to my room, I listen to Old Time Radio.
Fall asleep, and just get what I can.
My last client yelled all night long.She did not have Alzheimer's, and knew better, just got a mean spirit going. If not yelling all night, she wanted up at 4:30 in the morning. I don't sleep in the day, so, I just sleep in between what is going on at night. I have done this for over six years. Sometimes people need three Caregivers, but I end up being all three. The last client lasted me for 7 months. I counted wheel-chair transfers one day. 37 total.
That is when I said, enough, I'm out of here. Bye, Cliffs the name, drop over some time. Ciao, Arrivaderci, Khodahaffez, Sayonara, smoke behind my heels.
I found this great job on the beach, and have re-generated myself as much as possible. And........life is beautiful...and yes, I do get enough sleep.....

i work at a bar so i generally go to bed between 1 and 4 am.

Whenever the glow of this computer puts me to sleep! usually about 1:00 am or so.
