The whole reason to brush your teeth in the first place is so get rid of plaque and bacteria. By that, if you brush before you eat you're getting rid of germs, then by eating after you brush you're only inviting more bacteria to grow until the next time you brush. The bacteria is what makes your breath smell bad so....you should definately brush AFTER you eat in the morning. Any dentist will tell you the same.

Good lord, your typing skills are like, hooked on ebonics. Seriously, what the hell is that?
I brush my teeth after I shower, before I go to work. I don't usually eat breakfast, and if I do, oh well, I won't get that bad of breath from it. And unless you brush after every single meal, there isn't much point in brushing after breakfast either (assuming you eat breakfast). Just brush at least once a day and you're fine.
The only time I brush more than once a day is if I'm getting ready for a hot date, or any situation where I think I'll end up kissing someone. Other than that, once a day.

I think it is best to brush your teeth after you eat. If you brush them before you eat, your foot tends to taste horrible, with a nice minty background. Its pretty bad...plus if you brush your teeth then eat you are just smelling up your breath again. Do everyone a favor and brush after breakfast :D
You should brush your teeth at night before bed so the bacteria isn't just sitting there festering in your gums for 10 hours straight, and then get up, eat breakfast and give a light brush before you head out the door. Thats how I do it :)

after u eat. if u brush before u eat what good does it do for ur teeth? the point is to clean ur teeth. if u brush then eat the food sits on ur teeth longer and does more damage. besides if u eat and get something stuck in ur teeth then brush and get it out before u go out.

You should brush at least twice a day for sure. Why not brush as soon as you wake up and after you eat? It's not hard to do.

I don't see anything about flossing in here. Brush and floss twice a day. Brush and floss after you eat breakfast and before you go to bed at night.

You should brush your teeth after each meal, and floss.
before bed is really important. You don't want any food left in your mouth trough the night. It will ratten, become bacteria and create cavities. You breath will stink in the morning.Gum disease is another thing to worry about.
