My joke answers would be names like:
ANKLE BITER
FOOTBALL and
LADY (out of Lady and the Tramp)

For serious suggestion, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is descended from the King Charles Spaniel and other small Toy spaniels seen in sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth century paintings. Blenham only refers to the colors of the dog's coat which are Red and White. The Cavalier Prince Charles Spaniel is tricolor, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is black and tan and the Cavalier Ruby Spaniel is rich mahogany red.

Since the dog seems to come from royalty, some names you might want to consider include:
QUEEN ELIZABETH
DUCHESS
PRINCESS_________
HER MAJESTY and
GUINEVERE

You might draw on the works of William Shakespeare and use names like:
LADY MACBETH
JULIETTE
KATHARINA (The Taming of the Shrew)...

I hope that this helped. :)

There are soooo many names that have been over used on dogs for example Daisy, Emma, Chloe, Molly, Mackenzie, etc. The List could go on forever, but I Think you should name her something unique like Opal, Topaz, or her birth stone. I hope this helps.
