Often a tingling or numb sensation "...Discomfort, pressure, heaviness, or pain in the chest, arm or below the breastbone
...". However, women more often than not, experience symptoms not common in men when having a heart attack.

When I had one, I had no real arm pain. I had pain in my lower back more severe than my usual pain. My upper gums felt weird, kind of a numb sensation. Additionally, I had what I thought was severe indigestion. I have GERD and I thought it was just much worse than usual.

Very sharp and sometimes a "tingly" sensation. There's also some sort of tightness that occurs in the arm as well.

If you are experiencing such pain, you should take yourself to an emergency room right away!
