I live here in Spain (lucky, lucky me) and drink sangria all summer long, here is my recipe, hope you like it.
In a punch bowl or similar vessel, (the Spanish use wonderful earthenware jugs (Jaras) to mix it up) pour one standard (750 ml) bottle of dry red wine and an equal amount (more or less, to taste) of carbonated Lemonade (Casera here in Spain) or sparkling water over a generous amount of ice. Add several thin slices of citrus fruit -- limes, lemons, oranges or a combination (you're adding peel as well, so be sure to rinse it well) and throw in some chopped apple for good measure. If you want to give it a little zing, I add a shot of brandy, a shot of Bacardi, and an orange-flavoured liqueur like Grand Marnier (Spanish shots are much larger than US or UK shots remember, in Spain we tip the bottle and count to 5). Some folks like a little sugar for sweetening. If you're in the mood, you can even make it substituting kiwis (peeled), strawberries and table grapes for the citrus. Sangría is a forgiving punch -- it doesn't care if you change the rules in the middle of the recipe, except the colour of the wine. A white wine version has been created, however, lets get something straight right off the bat, Sangria is made with RED wine. You aren't going to convince me otherwise. The root word sangre is Spanish for blood and unless you bleed pale yellow, I'm sticking to my guns on that aspect. The wine you use to make sangría should be palatable, of course, but it's silly to waste expensive wine on this kind of drink.

Sangria
Drink Ingredients
1 Sugar
4 oz. Brandy
1 Lemon
1 Orange Slice
1 Apple
1.5 l. cabernet sauvignon
Instruction
Mix these altogether in a large container, stir, and let sit for 18-24 hours. Yes, I know that's a LONG time, but it's well worth the wait. A much more delightful sangria is produced when the fruit juice blends with the wine by osmmosis than by stirring

This sangria recipe is perfect for summer parties...always a favorite, you may double or even triple the recipe.
BEST PARTY SANGRIA RECIPE........
1 bottle of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel or Shiraz)
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 orange, cut into wedges
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 Tablespoons sugar
Splash of orange juice
2 shots of gin
1 cup of sliced strawberries or raspberries
1 small can of diced pineapples (with juice)
4 cups ginger ale
Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out the seeds if possible) and add sugar, orange juice and gin. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale and ice just before serving. If you'd like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over LOTS of ice. However, remember that the best Sangrias are chilled around 24 hours in the refrigerator...allowing the flavors to really marinate into each other.

Ok this is my favorite sangria recipe. I think it's called a Sunset Sangria. It makes about one pitcher so multiple accordingly.
Two or Three bottle of chardine (to fill your pitcher a little under 3/4)
Cube two apricots, One apple and a few really ripe strawberries. A hand full or grapes and let it sit for at least a few hours so all the flavors have time to blend
Right when you're about the serve it take two or three scopes (not too big) of sherbet (apricot is best) and add that in. Serve and enjoy!

I have this great dip I make and when i take it somewhere, everyone loves it. You can use it with tostitos chips or Ritz crackers, either way the dip makes it taste the best. It's easy and so fast. (2) 8 ounces of cream cheese (1) Jar of mild or hot salsa (2) cups of shredded cheese (1) tomato cut up into small pieces (small enough to put in your mouth. This will serve at least 12 ppl...if you want to make allot just double up the amount of each ingredient. you won't be sorry! You mix the cream cheese and the salsa together in a mixing bowl. Once you mix it all together you can put it in either a square dip pan or a bowl. You spread out the shredded cheese & tomato on top of the dip to make it look pretty. It is so good I make it for every party and for friends. Because the cream cheese is already cold you don't have to chill or warm anything. It's done in about 10 minutes.
