What a question... bout time :P
Its a vicious cycle. Diarrhea can be hell especially if you are puking too. Then you take Imodium and get all constipated and bloated. Diarrhea is worse only if you cant use your own bathroom or if it goes on for hours and you get all dizzy cuz your electolytes are all out of wack. Otherwise I think constipation is. :P

Constipation. I have never been constipated, but I get diahrrea regularly from eatting too much ruffage and it's not that bad.

Diahrrea feels worse but constipation is scarier and you just can't get it out. I would take the diarrea myself

Constipation, because if you cant go after a while you will start feeling horrible stomach pain and you can also start throwing up you own feces. because it not passing the normal way and you body want to get rid it. It is also toxic to your system. it usally happen to the elderly. But it takes a while to get to that point.

i think that constipation is worse. although ive never called in sick with constipation i would think its worse because although your body isnt absorbing all the water that you intake atleast you are geting rid of wastes. in constipation your waste products are sitting in your bodies and as they are not useful to your body having them in your system is not very healthy. Also it may cause back pains and restricted movement.

Constipation I think is worse because if it goes on for a few days you start getting cramps and it can be toxic to your body.

diarhea totally....that is my excuse when I wasn't really sick but didn't want to go to work. You say you had that an NO ONE ask any questions.
One day I am afraid this little white lie will catch up with me and I will have diarherea for a month!!
