Ummm...you should feed your cat dry or canned cat food.

Concentrate? What do you mean - they should be fed a balanced diet of good kibble and wet food isn't a bad idea either

yes it is! cats need hard food for the health of their mouths. Please tell whoever is doing this that are hurting their feline!
