Yes.
Yesterday I had a blueberry yogurt with some grape nuts cereal stirred in, lemonade, and a slice of wheat toast with a hint of butter (real and unsalted kind) and some rose hip jam.
Today I had a combo of cereals (I like to mix them as does my hubby) - special K, granola and raw oats with 2% milk, and a banana sliced in there too.
As I am 53, I always have a Bone Smart multi vitamin at breakfast as well.

Of course I can, because I have the same breakfast everyday. I had steel-cut oats with blueberries on top, 5 dried plums, 10 natural raw almonds, 1 cup of green tea. I forgot to say I had lowfat milk on my oats and sweetened with a teaspoon of molasses. This always starts my day of with a healthy boost.
