It's not whether they are gay or straight that matters. It's if they accept Christ as God and accept Him as Saviour.
Why do people keep focusing on being "gay" ?? gay, lie, bank robbery, murder, gossip, adultery--it's all sin. Some of them I do, some others do. I struggle with pride and a few others, others struggle with something else.
So why focus on just one sin?

Ok first off if you read the bible you would know the answer. It clearly states in Leviticus 18:22 "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; such a thing is an abomination." Check your bible and see if i'm lying. All you people who said that God is not judging and that he would not send the people he created to h.e.l.l. You need to read the bible a little bit more because the bible is God's words and anything that contradicts the bible is not truthful and is not from God; so watch yourself if you preach otherwise. The bible says in Revelations that Jesus will return a second time to JUDGE us. God is a loving God and he gave his son for us and if we repent of our sins we would go to heaven. Just because he is a loving God doesn't mean that he wouldn't send people to h.e.l.l.(Hell was prepared for satan, his angels and all of those sinners who do not repent)
Edit: Akgurl if you don't know if your saved then your really slow. Everyone should know theyre standing with God, if you repent of your sins and try to follow in his example and love God with all your heart then your going to be saved if not then good luck, you will defenitly need it.

Gay people will not go to Hell IF they accept the Lord Jesus as their savior, if they do not they will be judged by God like everyone else, and we will ALL be judged by God.
God said He loved us while we were sinners, gay people are no more sinners than the next person. God gives everyone the chance to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior; that includes murders, rapists, gays, common everyday people and everyone in between. God puts no strings on being saved other than accepting Jesus Christ.
Religious Christians need to learn their Bibles and not listen to falsehoods dished out by so many preachers and lay people that do not do the Word of God.

If small minded people aren't there, it won't be hell : )
WHICH HELL ARE YOU SPEAKING OF? Gehenna, Hades, Sheol? Each is used in the Bible. One refers to the common grave/death of all mankind, one refers to the destruction of matter/body/soul (much like the 2nd death). None of these refer to an eternally burning place of torment. Outside the city of Jerusalem was the dump, Gehenna, which was coated on occasion with Lime and Sulphur to keep the smell and flies down. They threw the corpses of the criminals and unburied bodies into it because it was always burning and would destroy them over time. This gave rise to the legend of an eternal burning place where things were destroyed. Each of these words were translated differently under the kings James bible and under other translations. Look them up for yourself!!! : ))

Absolutely NOT! because first of all there is no proof that hell exists, and secondly, I firmly believe that every living being of our beautiful planet that has not forced their will upon others, and or denied people their right to their own free will, and or murdered people in the name of a false god, and or a devil/demon... will earn an eternity of peace and total bliss on a planet of their choice somewhere in our endless Universe:)

Depends on your definition of gay. If a person has attraction for the same sex but does not act on it, I doubt God will condemn that person. The Bible condemns actions, so if the person gives way to their attraction, just as if an unmarried man gives way to passion for an unmarried woman, such persons would be condemned. But that is only if this person refuses to repent and continues to indulge their unlawful passion.

Nope. For 2 reasons: #1- Hell is a christian concept created by renaissance priests to scare the faithful. #2 I am not Christian but Wiccan and I will go to the Summerlands and be with the goddess she who loves all her children no matter what.

I think that anyone who rejects Gods word and chooses to live in a way displeasing to God will go to hell, not just gays, but all unrepentant sinners. God doesn't want any to go to hell, He wants all to come to Him for forgiveness and salvation. We all must make the choice to reject sin and ask Jesus into our hearts.

Hate the sin not the sinner. God say's in the bible that if you except him as your lord and savior and ask for his forgiveness is the way to his kingdom. We are to try to be more like Jesus. He want's us to avoid temptation. It's no different than any other sin. Sin is sin! Lie, Steal, Adultry, many others...If I'm a sinner I must ask for his forgivness and try to avoid the sin in the future. A-admit your a sinner, B-Believe Jesus is the son of god C-Confess with your tongue that you except him in your heart. ABC's of being a true christian. I don't think our loving God will put you in hell for sin when he died for that very reason...UNLESS you don't ask for forgiveness and don't try to avoid the sin. My uncle is Gay...so is his wife...(confused?) They married for companionship (not sex)...they deny their desire to sin. They are christians and like any other sin that is extremely had to fight temptation...this is no different.
