Nope .. in fact they do not want to set a time table for bringing the troops home or getting out.. the priminister of Iraq said he would like the troops out by the end of 2007, the US never responded to that.. anyway there was vote the other day to set a time table to complete the mission and it was voted down.. We will never leave Iraq after world war 2 and Korea we are still in those countries 60 years after the fact. Remember Iraq has the worlds second largest oil reserve .. and we will want to control it for sure

(nice ears by the way .. cute)

He always had planned to leave Iraq. We were not adopting them or taking their country. For more than a year - since the Iraq election - Oct or Nov has been the date they were aiming to start coming home with the end around Nov 2007.

No it is not true. And as much as I would love to have my soldier and all of the soldiers home; if we pulled out now it would be a huge error. We would be right back over there to clean up the mess.

He will pull out SOME troops JUST before the election to try to influence it. Republicans think that is how to show we are winning and it will make them look good.
