usually a guy will figure out how much you like him by simple things like, hanging out with him, the way you stand in front of him and how u look and talk to him....but if wanna say those three words "i like u" you should disguise them in other phrases...look the guy straight in the eye when you see him and say "hey handsome"....stuff like that..if the guy has any intelligence he'll easily see the way you feel in ur actions..and anyway guys dont like to talk about "feelings"...whatever you dont. dont give him your number..theirs some invisible dating rule that says girls that do that are desperate...its not the truth of course

Assuming you are a girl, telling some guy you like him, isn't being pushy, it's being nice, so just blurt it out. If you blush saying, thats a bonus, he'll love it.

make an effort to understand him better, u would then spend time trying to find out what he likes, and whether he complements you and how you can possible be an item together. Won't have time to be pushy.

Well, if you just go up to him saying, "I like you," then you're just pushing him to say something. Just try to be friends with the guy and get to know him. But don't be so flirty and obvious. It may scare him, and if you do act flirty, and he flirts back, then that's good, I guess.
