ive been dieting about almost two weeks
with excersize
im not impatient
i just want to know when i should start seein results
so i dont get my hopes up or disapointed
i feel better already though

If you feel better, you are seeing results already. Exercise done regular has that effect. Give it at least 30 days and you should see the beginning of the results.

You should lose at least one dress size the first week of an exercise and diet. If you are not feeling results within a week, you are probably doing something wrong.

For weight loss it varies as to your health in general. The thyroid gland helps maintain weight. If everything is working well 1-1/2
kg per week would be a great improvement.

if u r too fat , u may have to wait atleast one month.
