What is the best GPS for a 2000 Hyundai Elantra?

I have a 2000 Hyundai Elantra. If I had tons of money I would not own an Elantra. Any suggestions on a good and reliable navigation system? I'm tired of getting lost and have no intention of buying a new car any time soon. I love my Hyundai!Thanks!

Costs around Rs.30,000
