ok i went to the movies with my friends. it was about 8 of us and i went to movies on behalf of one of them so it was supposed to be an all gurl hangout. But then one of my firends invited her boyfirend and he invited two of his friends too and guess what.......one of them happened to be my crush. we both like each other. so he wanted me to sit with him but i didn't want to act like that at an all gurl hangout and i didn't like where he was sitting. so i said that if he wanted to sit by me he would have to move to my seating area because my idea is that the boy should go after the girl and never vice versa. Whats next and did i do anything wrong?

I think you handled it well. However, there is nothing wrong with showing interest in a guy if you like him. He invited you so therefore, had you accepted, you wouldn't have been going after him..

Sounds like this was always a set up to maybe get the two of you together. As for what's next, did he sit next to you? If he did and you already said he likes you, then go for it. From what you said so far, it doesn't look like you did anything wrong, but what would make you think that? Was something said? Did he act weird?

There is no such thing as doing something wrong. You simply do what you do based on what you think and feel. If that's how you felt, that's how you felt. Did he sit by you? If so then he doesn't care about you saying that. If he didn't than he doesn't care enough to sit by you where you want.
What's next? We have no idea. Just continue to be you and be nice and we'll see what happens.

That's okay, it was supposed to be an all-girl hangout in the first place. What you should be worrying about is the consent of all the girls. If he got angry, well tell him it's an all-girl hangout and the decisions were previously made.

You did the right thing because boys seem to be more interested when you make them chase after you. Don't be easy to get.
