A shampoo that says for normal to oily hair. Don't know the names of the ones in stores, but salon ones would be Paul Mitchell's #2 Shampoo or Tea Tree Shampoo, Matrix just came out with a cool new Men's line with a shampoo for oily hair. Over the counter shampoos may also be called clarifying shampoos.

there are ranges of haircare products out there. the basic you should start with is shampoo of course- you don't need to spend a lot just to get this problem fixed. there are shampoos for "oily" hair and i think you should start off with this. skip the conditioner as it gives moisture hence will cause your hair to be even oilier. and if you do use any hair products such as gel/wax, choose the non-oily based ones. washing your hair twice a day will also help as it dries out the hair. hope these info helped. good luck there! =)
