cook pasta al dente, brown & cook ground sirloin, you can also add some real italian sausage to the ground sirloin, add onions, garlic, oregano, black pepper, touch of salt, jalepeno pepper (no seeds, unless you want it really hot) red & yellow bell peppers and mushrooms. Drain well and add in a small can of tomato paste (seasoned) a can of stewed tomatoes, fresh tomatoes (1 large juicy ripe one) add a little bottled water or r.o. water. Simmer on low for about 30 minutes. Pour over Pasta or you can add the pasta to the pan with the spagetti meat sauce and chop it up in small pieces, (it's a lot easier to eat that way too)....yuuuuuummmmmmm

My favorite is al pesto. I cook the pasta following the instructions. I put in the food processor a clove of garlic and Parmesan cheese until it looks like bread crumbs. I add the same amount in weight of fresh basil as of the cheese and add olive oil while it processes. Salt and pepper and done.

If you use ground white meat turkey, instead of the beef hamburg,it's less fat and tastes better, then add onions, green pepper, red peppers, chopped, crushed tomatoes, and 2 jars of Ragu /with sweet sausage ,and then use wheat spaghetti noodles, instead of regular.Add the ground Parmesan and Romano cheese,oh SO good!Serve with garlic bread ,and red wine.
