After shaving jump in a pool for 3 hours face down the entire time this will confuse the hair since there is no gravity in the pool. If that doesn't work then go a laser treatment place

Unfotunately, you can't stop hair from growing back unless you have laser hair removal. Until then, you just have to continuosly shave and shave and shave and shave....

Well, the only way to really get rid of hair permanently is laser hair removal, which can be quite pricey.
