He's right that fresco sauce is the Janitors Special Sauce. They won't admit it so, don't confront the management. The way it works is like this The Janitors "sauce" was cloned by world class laboratory scientistists maintaining all the vital "juices" that permeate the "sauce" all elements are still intact... thats why you love it so.
