If you enter your FF number with your reservation it will be added automatically. Your ticket should show the Dividend Miles number on it.

Upon checking in at the ticket counter, you can also go to the kiosk. On the second screen after submitting your credit card or record locator, you will have the option to enter your "dividend miles number". after that you points will be accounted for roundrtip.

If you forget, you can have the agent put it in or, go to
www.usairways.com and sign up to be a member if not already. if alfready a member, log in to your dividend miles acc, and you you can click on redeem miles. be sure to have your flight info ready and the miles partner will credit the account accordingly.

also check in the back of the new usairways magazine to see participating hotels, car rentals and restaurants. you would be suprised at who participates in the program.

If you book through their web site or phone service, OR use a travel agent/web site/other service that stores your frequent flier number, it will add the miles automatically. It takes about a week or 10 days to see them in your account. If you book using a travel agent/service/web site that does not record your number, you'll have to ask for a credit. You can do that on the Internet at http://usair.com but you can't put the request in till after your trip is over, and you will need your flight numbers and date of travel. You can also ask the gate attendant to add it to your account before you board or after you deplane, if you did not provide your number while booking.

As long as you give them your FF # when you buy your ticket or check in for your first leg, your miles will be added automatically for the entire trip.
