well, first go to a doctor right away. people on yahoo answers think they know what their talking about and people take their advice thinking it will work, and it turns out all wrong. on the other, sometimes it turns out good, but thats not the point. the point is that something is wrong. the best advice that i can give you is to see a doctor immediatly. i dont know if you have already done so, but if you have and he/she doesnt know whats wrong, i would recommend this: dip your wrist into a (tub, bucket, pool etc...) of cold water and leave it for 2-3 minutes, then rest it for about 1 minute and switch to hot water for 2-3 minutes( try to make the water as hot as possible without hurting you). repeat this once more. do this once a day for about 4 or 5 days. remember, take the doctors advice before taking mine or anyone else's on yahoo answers. also, their is an alternative. their may be something in your wrist that is bothering you that has nothing to do with what happened 1 year ago. i dont care if you pick mine for the best answer, just please please take my advice and see a doctor quick!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you didn't wear a cast maybe the bones in your wrist didn't heal properly. You should go to a doctor and get an X-ray of it to see what's going on.

Go back to the doctor. I fell and chipped the bone in my elbow and it healed, but the piece of chipped bone was still in there and it would hurt sometimes. I know its a pain to go back to the doctor, but you really should. You don't want to injure yourself more and have to deal with it later on in life.

my daughter did the same thing and was told by a specialist it will ache and hurt for awhile...takes along time for those bones to fuse back together and heal completely...
if it keeps on though..may want to check make sure your not getting arthritis in it.
good luck! but tip..when particular painful....my daughter get's those icy hot sleeves at walmart pharmacy and puts those on there...says it helps alot.

Sounds like you are pinching a nerve, such as a bone spur. Have you gone back for a follow-up visit to your doctor?
