well it kinda depends where you live... it may be legal there..
where I live however, according to the law, its not ok

If he gets involved with you on a sexual level, there are laws against it. Here's what Wikipedia says:
"intercourse with an individual between the ages of 13–16 may be a significantly lesser charge than statutory rape (such as, "unlawful sexual conduct with a minor," or, "criminal sexual conduct with a minor,") depending on the jurisdiction, the age difference between the participants, and other factors. Criminal sanctions for violations of the age of consent which are not statutory rape may range from a minor misdemeanor to a high level felony."
I'd recommend seeing other people now in your own age range.

There is something wrong with him...30 year old men should be looking for women who are at least out of high school and have life experience similar to them. Believe me, there is a HUGE gap between 16 and 30! He may be very charming, and it might be hard, but you need to step away from him. Trust me, he is looking for someone who is naive and who he can manipulate. Don't be her.

UH, YES! The mentality between you 2 are on completely different levels. You have not had the life experience that he has had. You need that, it is important that you are able to experience life as a child, and I think that you are just that, a child. Let him go, it is not good for you to be trapped by this person. And that is what it will turn out to be, a child trapped by a grown man. Honey, be careful and be safe.
