Well, it's awkward answering such a question because I don't know the circumstances, but all I can tell you is: if you're thinking about giving her another chance, just remember that a heart is not made of glass, but the cracks will be permanent...and if you're asking how to get rid of the pain that she's caused, I'm sorry to say that that will take some time. But don't pour salt on the wound; keep from seeing and calling her because distance is like a band-aid for break-ups, and try to keep yourself busy. Be sure not to rush into relationships right away in an attempt to forget her, because that will actually just remind you of the girl you used to have....And please just keep reminding yourself of two things: there are billions of different fish in the sea, and it may be a blessing to have met people, but you might not be destined to be with them....Good luck boo boo. You're in my prayers.

Quick, put it on ice immediately! Call 911 or have someone drive you to the emergency room! Apply pressure to the area. They should be able to reattach the heart and save it in time. However, if the girl ripped your heart out, broke it into a thousand pieces, and stomped on it, then you may be screwed. Ask your doctor to add you to the long list of patients waiting for heart donors. Or, you can buy a new one on the black market, but it may cost you a pretty penny.

And when u say ur heart was literally ripped out of ur chest, I'm thinking u have a big hole in ur chest
But Im sure u mean she really hurt u( right) Well have u talked with her about what she's done to u? if so and it's done no good then u should grieve a little while then move on to a girl who will not rip ur heart out

First you have to put your heart back where it belongs before you bleed to death. Then you have to take time to heal, don't be unfair to someone by jumping into a new gf, you know you're not ready. Then look around a little to find out what you really like. I bet by the time you figure out what kind of gf you want she'll be standing right in front of you. Don't worry you'll survive.

Get back your self-esteem that she probably took too. We have all been there! Surround yourself with your favorite things: food, music, clothes exct... and go out and do the things you did before she came along. Rediscover who you are and how it is ok to be single for a while. Time will heal even this pain- but it will take time! Good luck stay cool.

I have no idea... going through the exact same thing. All i can say is that it will take time. Try to keep yourself busy or find someone else it can help.

You're still alive? Just kidding, but it's tough. Start a diary or something. Sounds girly, but just call it a journal and it really helps.

Fry it up with fava beans and a nice Chianti. They're good with more entrees than just brains.

Find the heart and pack it on ice right away in a cooler or in one of these http://www.businessweek.com/innovate/content/dec2005/id20051209_626246.htm
You should have known better than to not wear your heartguard. http://www.softballjunk.com/heartguard.htm
Were you at least wearing a cup?
