What happened to Chocolate Snaps?

Remember these? They used to come in a small box. I bought them at my local Foodtown up until the mid 90s, but it seems as if they are no more. Anyone have more info. on this?

yes i do remember those i guess they went away like fudgetown cookies and gotcho cookies i miss them too!

The sad demise of Chocolate Snaps is a hard thing to live with. How I used to love that box with the smiling cookie, it brought me so much happiness! Now there are some cheesy knock off cookies from Sunbeam that cost too much, but they are the closest you can get to the delicious chocolate snaps taste. I really miss them...
