G-spot or no. Orgasm for a woman is for the most part brought on by stimulating the clitoris. It's easier for you to rub your clitoris against his pelvic bone in the top position.
I find that the same thing can be achieved with my girl on the bottom if I perform what I like to call "the tilt." Ask your BF to arch his back and concentrate his pelvic bone against your clitoris as he makes love to you. No. You are stimulated best in those two situations. My guy knows that I have an orgasm when I am on top, and we usually wind up in that position each time we have sex. (for part of the time anyway.)
