To get a 6 pack you first need to look at family. Muscle is genetic, if no one has one, you wont. However, you will need to do a lot more then curl ups, your ab muscles are layered and work together. If you work one set you need to work the opposing set. This will get you a 6 pack. Do reps and rotate, and yes my dear you can do abs everyday

It depends on your body, but don't forget that if you've got pudge on top of it, it'll never look like a six-pack. Keep up with your cardio, friend, and you'll be fit soon enough.

Doesn't matter, because if you have 10 pounds of fat covering all that muscle, no one will see it. In addition, crunches aren't the most effective way to build ab muscles.

not too long if you have low body fat. body fat hides muscles
