The only true way to get rid of arm flab is to lose the fat hiding the muscles. You can tone up a little by working your triceps with such exercises as dumbbell kickbacks or pressdowns.

I have the 8 minute arms video and I think it works great and is really easy. Also I take small dumbells with me when I walk.

excercise your arms until they hurt. in 2 weeks you will notice the difference.
Curls are good. If you don't have weights and don't go to the gym, try lifting a bag of rice. or cans work too.
any position you can put your arm in and do curls are good.
behind your head, stretched from side to side curling in. stretch in front of you, curling in. stretch your arms on top of your head and curl in front and behind your head.
